New Patients

ACUPUNCTURE & INTEGRATIVE WELLNESS: During your initial appointment, we will thoroughly review your areas of concern, health history, symptom survey, labs and medical reports, and perform a physical exam. The assessment and treatment plan will prioritize your goals of care while incorporating therapies to relieve symptoms and remedy root cause imbalances. Our licensed acupuncturists work together as a team to provide you with comprehensive acupuncture and integrative wellness care, ensuring a consistently amazing experience with each and every provider.

MASSAGE THERAPY: Our massage and myofascial release therapists offer specialized bodywork approaches to relieve pain and tension, restore mobility, reduce stress, and integrate mind-body healing. Your session will be customized to meet your needs and preferences.

SCHEDULING: Please call to schedule your initial appointment so our front desk staff can help guide you through your visit. If you book your first session online, you will be required to pay a deposit and respond to follow up confirmation and paperwork to keep the appointment.

INSURANCE & PAYMENT: As acupuncture specialist providers, we are in-network with some but out-of-network with most health plans that have acupuncture benefits. Some plans inaccurately list us as in-network providers, therefore pre-authorization is required prior to any visits that you intend to bill to insurance. Insurance does not cover massage. We accept cash, credit/debit, FSA, & HSA. Superbills are available by request.

✧ 24 hours notice of cancellation/reschedule is required

  • $60 late cancel fee for acupuncture

  • $75 late cancel fee for massage & MFR

✧ Payment is due at time of service

✧ Insurance must be pre-authorized prior to visit

✧ Avoid wearing fragrance to your appointment

✧ Complete paperwork online or arrive 15 min early

✧ We reserve the right to cancel/reschedule improperly scheduled online bookings

✧ We reserve the right to cancel/reschedule online new patient bookings if you do not respond to confirmations
